Death of Little Girl
Willie Belle, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. S. (Matt) Wheatley, died shortly before 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the home of her parents on Coleman street. The little girl was born March 4, 1898 and was therefore 11 years, 6 months, and 25 days of age at the time of her death. She had been a sufferer nearly all her life, although her final illness was not of long duration. Funeral services were held at the family residence at 3 o'clock this afternoon, conducted by Rev. W. B. Carnes and the interment of the remains was made at the McLarry Cemetery, northwest of this city. We extend our sincere sympathy to the sorrowing parents in the loss of the little daughter.
