        On A Personal Note:

These webpages are a labor of love.  It is my goal to get as much information about all of my family lines up on the web as possible, including family groups, photos, transcriptions of original documents, biographies, family stories, etc.  I am doing this solely in an attempt to make this information more accessible to others researching these same family lines.  Much of the information I have in my possession I have received from others--and their generosity is very much appreciated.  I am trying to continue that generosity by sharing with others.

I, like many others, either have little time to devote to our hobby, or do not have access to original sources or a good, well-stocked library.  Hopefully, this website will increase the accessibility of some of this information for others.  It is never my intent to offend those who have shared information with me, nor is it my intent to "steal" their hard work.  I always attempt to give credit where credit is due, as long as I know the source of the information.   If you should have a problem with any of the information on these pages, please let me know, so that we can correct it.

It is my sincere hope that as the web grows, more and more information will become available, so that those who come after us will have an easier time tracking their ancestors.   This is my small effort in that direction.

        Sincerely,

        Gena Saunders
